A Human Approach to Organizational Growth
“A society grows great when old men plant trees in whose shade they shall never sit.”
— Ancient Greek Proverb
Our Approach
The Purpose Behind the Work
At Resonating Performance, our work is grounded in a simple but sacred purpose: to positively impact every single person we meet. Whether in a one-time interaction or a long-term collaboration, we enter each relationship with care, curiosity, and a deep respect for the human journey.
Transformation Begins With Being Seen
We believe real transformation begins when people feel seen, not just as professionals, but as whole individuals. Our commitment is to go beyond merely knowing about you and into truly knowing you, walking with you - not ahead of you - to offer guidance that is grounded, thoughtful, and attuned to your unique story.
A Way of Working That Honors the Whole
Transformation isn’t transactional. It’s relational, reflective, and often non-linear. That’s why our approach is holistic, considering the full context of your leadership, team culture, and organizational rhythm.
Growth That Meets You Where You Are
We meet you where you are. Through individual and team sessions, assessments, and strategy aligned with your values, we partner with you to uncover clarity, renew focus, and support lasting growth. This does not occur by imposing change, but rather by listening deeply and advising with care.
Our Team
Dan Burkholder
Dan is passionate about connecting with others, listening to their stories, and helping them navigate their personal and professional journeys. His career has been shaped by this deep commitment to understanding from where people have come, where they aspire to go, and helping them get there. He founded Resonating Performance from the conviction that strong organizations begin with healthy people—and that thoughtful, strategic support can help leaders and teams grow in ways that are both sustainable and deeply human.
For nearly two decades, Dan’s empathy and insight have driven his work in prior consultative and leadership roles, including serving as Partner, President, Chief Culture Officer, and Senior Consultant. Along this vocational journey, he has been enriched by learning the perspectives of hundreds of organizations and thousands of people with whom he has interacted.
A lifelong learner and believer in the concept that we can learn anything from anyone at any time, Dan also holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a concentration in Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dan is husband to Abby and dad to Cora and Judah. He’s been involved in the sport of wrestling since childhood, drawn to its discipline and integrity. He’s a lifelong musician and listener, and an avid reader of theology, history, psychology, and the works of C.S. Lewis and Tolkien. He also finds meaning in films and shows that celebrate the quiet beauty of service—stories that remind us of what it means to help, uplift, and walk alongside others.
Dan's work is not about fixing but about unfolding. With each engagement, he seeks to offer presence over pressure, clarity over noise, and relationships that resonate long after the work is done.
Ben Reiter
Ben is passionate about walking alongside leaders, listening deeply to their stories, and helping them navigate the complexity of leading organizations and people well. He believes leadership has a profound ripple effect—impacting not only organizations, but also families, communities, and society—and is driven by a desire to help leaders grow in both effectiveness and purpose.
As a Senior Consultant at Resonating Performance, Ben partners with executives to strengthen organizational health, guide teams through transition, and develop leaders through practical, incremental growth. Prior to consulting, Ben’s career has been shaped by a diverse range of leadership experiences, including serving as Executive Director of Beat the Streets National, where he led a 12-chapter network reaching over 11,000 youth and drove significant growth and scalability across the organization. Earlier in his journey, Ben co-founded nonprofit initiatives in Peru focused on youth development and community impact, experiences that continue to shape his global perspective and others-centered approach.
Ben earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and later returned to complete an Executive Certificate in Social Impact and a Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership. His path also includes a chapter as a top-ranked professional MMA athlete, where he developed the discipline, resilience, and mindset that now inform his work with leaders.
